I developed an FPW2.6 billing app recently that occasionally acts strangely. Running at the customer site in a Win95 environment, the menu bar will sometimes flutter around 10-20 times/second if this app is in the background. The customer is networked peer-to-peer but the app is installed on the PC where I am sitting. I cannot get it to act up on my development system (both are Pentium 166 systems).

The same background menu bar flutter condition occasionally occurs with a different FPW2.6 app running at a different site (a Novell/ Win95 installation). The flutter ceases when I click on my background app to activate it. I have never seen either app flutter on my development system.

Does this condition occur for any other developers? Many thanks.
