had this recently, too. It would take minutes to open the report. The reason was that Windows in the background tried to install the printer driver for the printer stored in the TAG and TAG2 field. In the end Windows failed (was an HP printer), and reported an error message that was totally unrelated to printers. Clearing the two fields fixed the issue.
