Looking at the operating system for the n900 it appears to be based on linux. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maemo

Maybe you can run windows as a virtual machine on it and then run VFP in the virtual machine assuming you can get drivers for the screen.

Whether there is enough processor power to do that? I doubt it.
