I certainly appreciate your position on the issue. Obviously an adult parent(s) would assist the 13 year old with the decision, the police would be involved and would supply counciling through victim services. I would be tempted to, shall we say, "go hunting". As satisfying as that would be, it is a job for the police. My remark was made while thinking of adult women who might get pregnant. A woman in that prediciment does not need the Republican party in Congress deciding what she shall do. It is her body and she should make the decision.
