I had to read the complete thread to remember (find out?) how I solved the problem the last time.

The problem is that reportpreview.app comes encrypted and was causing my exe to become encrypted too, preventing Konxise from compacting it. The workaround is to create an unencrypted version of reportpreview.app and reference it from the project.

A mind is a terrible thing to lose. Thanks for pointing out the old thread.
