Does anyone know how I can read email from an exchange server - without using outlook autmation and on a server that is not running POP3.

I know how to automate outlook, but the machine in question has no outlook,

I know how to read POP3 emails, but the server in question does not run POP3 and the sysadmin does not want it on.

I know how to send using SMTP but I now have a requirement to read emails and save then to disk to be viewed within VFP as documents that relate to displayed data.
