>> You have to have access to the Exchange server. The question is what kind of access the sysadmin can give you?

I'm a little in the dark as I am not overly familiar with Exchange and the sysadmin (who is a 3rd party contractor) does not volunteer informations. Basically I have to ask specific questions and get a yes/no/maybe answer!

My little knowledge (which I know is a bad thing) leads me to believe that if an Exchange Server is not running pop3, then Outlook or other clients would use IMAP to retreive emails? Can I use IMAP to connect and read emails?

The idea is that the clients employees will BCC relevant emails to a special email account myapp@domain.com and I will retreive and file them.

Any help gratefully received.

Gary.
