GradObjects is mine too. It uses GdiPlus.Dll directly as well.
I think it should not be the source of the problem because it uses its own HWND, for each form.

BBZoomBar uses GdiPlusX. My guess is that there might be a conflict there.
Can you disable one of those and try FoxCharts again ?
