You are not kidding. I remember when my daughters (!) somewhere around the age of 10-12 brought a form from school asking us (parents) to sign it so that they can be shown how to put on a condom. I protested that even I still don't know how. I guess now they lowered the age to toddlers <g>. The good thing is that the new health-care will cover the costs <g>
