I don't think SP1 addresses any VFP issues. I think there were some serious problems with other VS applications that were addressed. I agree with you, though, that waiting for the first update to VFP6 would be the wisest course. You might balance this against the benefits you hope to gain from VFP 6. Some people probably won't use many of the new features while others are anxious to use them.
