From what I know about this case they don't want to take his DNA. This to me is really weird. If they're so convinced that he's guilty then take the freakin test and be done with it. Case would be solved.
Unless some persons have things to hide. Like a case treated with a lot of errors from day 1. If he proves he's not guilty then it gets back to those that didn't do what they were supposed to do. A real trial for example.
So again I say perhaps some people have stuff to hide. It wouldn't be the first time and it won't be the last.
