I've fairly certain this measure will pass, judging by the polling trends over the last couple years. I believe combining the multiple props into a single initiative was a solid move. However, this is far from certainty and November is a LONG way off politically.

If it does pass, I see no desire from the Obama administration's justice department to challenge the law. Especially since California's AG "Moonbeam" is not likely to join the Constitutional challenge to health care reform. Quid pro quo.
