Almost. You should contact the editors and tell them you would like
to write for them. They'll likely send you an author kit a template
etc. They'll also want to know what you want to write about <s>,
before you actually do any writing... It's not a difficult process
if you have material to write about!
If you write for a general purpose magazine it's different than
for FoxPro Advisor etc - you need to try to keep your
topic more generic and use VFP code to make the point...
I can't overemphasize this - seeing things done with VFP is much
more important for non-VFP programmers than MS *not* marketing
VFP. If people see VFP crop up occasionally when they open up a
developer magazine and see that a) it can be done in VFP and
b) be done much more efficiently in VFP some people are bound
to notice.
