Hi,
I want to be sure that I am setting my FK constraint correctly and want to confirm that the following syntax will do what I want. What I want is on UPDATE of the UNIQUE key to update all foreign keys. And on DELETE of UNIQUE key to set all foreign keys to NULL (not delete). Here is my syntax:
alter table... add constraint..
ON UPDTATE CASCADE
ON DELETE SET NULL
Please let me know if I use correct syntax.
