Yes, since IE7 entered the playground.

Before that, I used SlimBrowser which gave me tabbed browsing in IE6.

However, I haven't experimented with IE7Pro's adblock features. I simply use this tool as is. But it works with all kinds of Flash, Rich Media, Fly-ins, Slide-ins, Pop-up, Pop-under.
