That would be quite a project. The city is below sea level and surrounded by water on all sides.

The recruiter who brought me down to Baton Rouge was a native. She said I know it's insane to live in a soup bowl but this city has a weird power over us. There is not another city like it in the U.S. -- the music, the food, the free spiritedness. They turn funerals into parties!

A good movie set there is "The Big Easy" starring Dennis Quaid and Ellen Barkin.
