Set the properties of the form so that no control box appears.
Set the "BorderStyle" property to Fixed Single. Now no one even you can resize the form. If you need to resize the form in the development environment to make any changes you will have to change this property back to 3 - Sizable and later change it back to 1- Fixed Single
