Is this on a machine you are testing the install on or on your developer machine? If not the latter, are you using a full version of Crystal Reports or Crystal Reports Basic which comes with Visual Studio? If the latter, do you have:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\ v6.0A\Bootstrapper\ Packages\CrystalReports10_5\ CRRedist2008_x86.msi.
If so, install on the machine with the problem... and is this dll com interop or not?
