You might create a temporary form, create multiple controls there (as a normal data entry form) then select and saveas those controls as a class to be used in a grid column. IOW it would be like a single cell grid where each cell have a 'form' in itself.

However what you are asking (changing format from horizontal to vertiacal) is simpler and yhou simply set Grid's View property to 1. If you have panel's split then you set the view property to either 1,2,3 as you see fit.
