Hi All,

I have been provided with a XSD (NIEM format) to use to create a SQL 2000 database. After scouring the internet, I have not been able to locate a tool that performs the conversion. Can anyone recommend tool (preferably free - only need it once) that either creates the database and tables in SQL Server or generates script that can be used to create the database and tables?
