It looked like the regular Google main page except it said Topeka at the top instead of Google. Same colors, font, etc. It was a reference to Topeka, Kansas recently saying it was changing its name to Google, Kansas. That was a mostly a joke although with a serious side. Google is going to build a new superserver farm and so far over 1000 cities have said they want it located there.

There was also a link under the search box to a very humorous explanation of why Google was changing its name.
