You know me, always rushing to the defense of corporations ;-) I really think if the casino pays this woman 215K everyone will be happy. Wouldn't you be happy -- delighted -- if you hit a 215K jackpot at a casino? $43 million is a heck of a lot of money for a technical glitch.
