Yes, your reference does allow you to determine the current form or class being edited, and also the caption for the method currently being edited.

This is, in fact, in the neighborhood of what I am looking for -- but not close enough.

I'd like to get a list of all open editor windows, not just the current one; and for each window, I'd like to know what form or class it is related to, and, if possible, what object within that form or class.
