Are you referring to the VS Object Browser. If so - it does not list *all* assemblies. If lists what you ask it to. If you select 'My Solution' it will give you the same assemblies as would be obtained by Gregory's code. You *can* select different versions of the Framework that you have installed - but the process then probably depends on using the registry to check storage locations (HKLM\Software\Microsoft\.NetFramework\AssemblyFolders).
But you still haven't stated what you are trying to achieve. Exactly what assemblies are you interested in ?
