Where can you find the most up to date detailed description of Excel object's PEMs? I downloaded vbaxl10.chm as MS suggests but it is very poor, even has errors. It was published in 2003. MS must have something better somewhere.

The information I need today is how to place the + sign that shows or hides an Excel group of rows at the top of the group range, not at the bottom, I am sure Excel has a way of specifying that.
