IAC I'd still give more credence to Wikipedia than a single unsupported statement on unknown web-site.

Interestingly those figures project a continuing drop in total deficit year-on-year until 2015. But not based on any actions taken by the current administration but rather by the expiration of policies enacted under the previous administration. The reason given for the projected rise after 2015 is primarily the expectation of an increase in the interest rates applicable to the existing debt.
