It's hard to tell anything w/o info about indexes. What's strange that total index size is about 14MB but I see only 5 MB used by tables. Maybe it's in the rest of report that is not included in the picture?
All tables have space reserved. You cannot see it in this report because it doesn't reach 1MB per table.
