Perhaps Michel could somehow manage to change the flag on a message that was edited so it shows up as not read? That's only way someone who has already read your message will know it was edited and read it again...

I agree, a flag may be helpful.

But Gregory saw that message hours after it was changed, so he simply could not have seen what was written there originally without Kevin's message. That was my point.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
