She is flying so high these days I was a bit surprised to read a recent interview she gave as part of the publicity for the new movie she is in with Steve Carell. (Another Northwestern theater major who made it). She said when she first came to Second City, working in the third string troupe, she was in awe of Carell, who was one of the stars at the time. She said she barely even dared speak to him. Carell is not doing so bad himself but the woman she has turned into doesn't seem awe-struck by anyone.
