That's a great list, and one I agree with without exception. I might be tempted to add Mac Rubel (even though his contributions were pre-VFP) and Alan Schwartz of MicroMega.
The one glaring oversight is Tom Rettig. He was already a luminary in the dBASE and Clipper worlds and probably did more than anyone to legitimize this upstart company operating out of a strip mall in Toledo.
Oh, and Dr. Dave. Duh.
