> Anyone worked with both West Wind Help Builder & Help & Manual?

Not me; though I have just been reading through Help & Manual web page. Comparing to the West Wind Help Builder version I have, I would say that:

- H&M output options are definitely better
- H&M user interface looks a bit more modern
- H&M concurrent user access, and multi-user access look promising

Of course, only side-by-side functional comparison can show real pros and cons for each software. Btw, they both offer fully-functional trial versions.

For example, WW Help Builder can import .NET Types and Assemblies. One time it saved me a volume of time. May be H&M has a similar feature, may be it has not.
