Actually that patch if for the Group Header bug. But you are right, it is the latest and includes the other patches as well.'

The problem is mainly that SP1 has no support for Pictureval and PNG images.

You can only use PNG in the Picture property not the PictureVal property in SP1. This was only added in SP2.

The above patch automatically updates the files to SP2 + the other bugs and is cumulative so only that one is needed to fix all the others and bring the files up to SP2.
