Table 100% causes problem in IE

If you look at the upper right, you will see that the site layout is offset by about a dozen pixels. This is push because of the 100% clause added in the HTML page for that particular list. In FF, the site layout is not affected. FF reenders it ok. IE is affected by something. It is probably something I didn't do right in my code. I just cannot find what it is.
