I tried to move the code that creates the PDF before the 'Report form xxx to printer preview prompt' and is still getting the error. It looks like the program won't work if you haven't previewed the report. Even if I run your class without the second .frx call, I'm still getting the error. I'm not sure want to change to perform the RS preview, but will this solve the problem. Like I said even running the RS class (not running the FRX twice) on its own, I'm still getting the error.
