The second message says to always do a iisreset /restart when a new DLL is sent. That, I never heard.

But, there is a mention down below about a pre-compiled DLL. If that is the case, it seems IIS doesn't need to compile. Isn't a DLL already compiled? If not, what can I do locally to pre-compile it so IIS wouldn't have to do it?
