Some Christians are a poor place to look if you're looking for Christian values. (Not all, by any means). Didn't Christ show compassion for the poor and downtrodden? Some of those who claim to speak and act in his name would throw those people in jail given half a chance. They view the less fortunate with utter contempt. Is that a Christian attitude?
