Did you download it or have you received a disc already?

>I just did a full install of VS2010 and TFS. I had to go to Manage Help and set the local help files location, then download help to my local files (doing that it forced me to click on Add for every help item and then click on Update to download the files). Even then, the local help has no index or expandable tree. Dynamic help is gone. Guessing that online help has it? Not sure. I will switch to online only next but that is not a preferable setting because there are times I may be using VS2010 disconnected.
