Good luck with that Mike.

I've been getting out on my bike recently. Except now I need to replace the bottom bracket bearings.

>I go running once after eons of sitting on my butt and I get on fire about running. Typical. Here's hoping it sticks and I get back in runner's shape again. I will never regain the shape I was in in my early 30s, when I ran four marathons, but I can sure get in better shape than I am. It makes me feel great to feel the wind under my feet.

>Last night I made a slow re-entry. The first mile was very slow. Painful, if you want to know the truth. Legs like logs. When I was within half a mile of home I tried a kick, my old habit. It was not exactly beautiful but some muscle memory plugged in and it felt great. Am I sore today? You betcha ((c) Sarah Palin).

>19.32. That was an awesome number, shattering the existing world record in the 200 meters.

>As it turned out, the record that would last forever lasted only 12 years. Usain Bolt, a.k.a. Lightning Bolt, took it to a whole new level in Beijing. Amazing. Guys that tall aren't supposed to run that fast.
