to indicate that you wish to use the VisualBasic namespace method......

There is a reference to:

Microsoft Shell Controls And Automation
d:\Visual Studio\Framework\obj\Release\Interop.Shell32.dll

Once I remove it, I can have that line to be there as is without the design complaining about it.
