An east german delegation visits an japanees car manufaturer. The reach final testing. The japaneese catch a cat and lockes it into the car. The east germans asks: "Whats that about?" - "If the cat is alive tomorrow, the car is leaky."
A little later the japanesse counter visit east german. In short, they reach the same point with the cat. The answer: "If the car is still inside the car tomorrow, the car is not leaky."
