To get a clearer picture I'd overwrite the beforeUpdate and BeforeInsert methods of the CA
to log out each processed record before calling dodefault(bla,bla, bla) -
tracking especially the keyfield and the date/datetime-values.
How do you establish the new keys ? via ID-table ?
