If i run the same EXE in a machine where VFP is not installed, I get "library file vfp2c32.fll is invalid" error. The libcurl and the vfp2c32.fll are in the same directory where the EXE resides. Just check what versions of msvcpXX.DLL and msvcrXX.DLL you have installed on this computer and what are required from vfp2c32.fll.
Better copy these two files from your computer to user computer there where vfp2c32.fll is placed.
