Yes VFP has 2GB limit on any files it works with. Check http://blogs.msdn.com/calvin_hsia/archive/2005/03/18/398749.aspx for an alternative

Unfortunately (it now seems), I was using a small file for design and testing. The working file size will be from 2-4 GB. When I run the program on a production file I get nothing. Testing shows that VFP opens the file but it always returns a 'true' for FEOF(). At this point I am only assuming that it is due to the file size. Is this correct? And how do I get around this?
