There are many cases the screen close button will not able to close the screen (e.g. showing a model form). Clicking on it will display an unwanted message in English (not our local language).

Making the close button dim seems necessary. It has been working in my applications for over 10 years until running them in Windows 7. In Windows Vista it still works fine.
