I'm pretty sure it won't happen - too many earn their living by creating contracts and fighting over them afterwards.
It would at least be a nice boon if they had to use these programs later on -
no "errors" stemming from implementing the specs later into spreadsheets.

IF it happens, I want to see if it really helps investors realize the pitfalls of some finance bundles
or if a new job description of "emphasizing certain aspects via GUI" will be created to offset the information again.
BTW: you can already extend Excel with python even into using the scientific/statistic libraries -
so python makes a lot more sense than the everywhere implemented javascript.
