>I was just talking to a friend telling him how mad I am at the TV station (TSN.CA in this case) that apparently chose to show the freaking NFL draft instead of San Antonio - Dallas NBA match. In my opinion is beyond stupid to watch such an event, if you are so interested in it, just listen to the freaking radio, what do you expect to see anyways?

Here the NBA game tonight is on ESPN1 and the draft on ESPN2. Agree that the NBA game is a lot more exciting ( and more important to watch in real time ). Amazing thing is I think here in Cleveland where the Cavs have a real shot (albeit everyone but James choked last night as the Bulls picked up their game) a lot of folks still stayed with the first round last night.

Though a good deal is too strange to be believed, nothing is too strange to have happened.
- Thomas Hardy

Half the harm that is done in this world is due to people who want to feel important. They don't mean to do harm-- but the harm does not interest them. Or they do not see it, or they justify it because they are absorbed in the endless struggle to think well of themselves.

-- T. S. Eliot
Democracy is two wolves and a sheep voting on what to have for lunch.
Liberty is a well-armed sheep contesting the vote.
- Ben Franklin

Pardon him, Theodotus. He is a barbarian, and thinks that the customs of his tribe and island are the laws of nature.
