They have training now to prevent "profiling" by race so it makes sense that they should be able to do the same here. Don't other countries as well? There will always be a few cases where it will be questionable, but as a whole, they do a pretty good job. Just like the military and every other field that has folks from all walks of life, one or two sllip through the cracks and need to get weeded out.
