I am having trouble with the Shell Explorer2 OCX when attempting to display a PDF file. Works properly under XP, but under Vista or Win7 it reports that it cannot find the file. This occurs when I pass the entire drive/path/file name to the navigat2 method. If I pass just the subfolder\filename.pdf it reports that it could not fine the URL. I have not been able to find any documentation on this control. Solution to this problem or a suggestion as to a different method to display a PDF file would be greatly appreciated. TIA.
