I actually did look at that page, re-installed NET 2.0 Framework and tried to reinstall the Windows Installer and it says that it "Setup has detected that the service pack version of this system is newer than the update you're applying" so I guess I have a newer version. If I knew where to uninstall it I would do that and install it again but can't seem to find it.

After this tried to install VFP 9 and got the same error.
