I'm trying to build an application using InstallShield VFP Express Limited Edition. I have not done so in about four years, and I did not understand it then ...

When I get to "Build Your Release" I get the following message ...

"Feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or other removable disk that is not available".

Insert the 'Microsort Visual Studio 2005 Premier Partner Edition - ENU' disk
